Beautiful Belly in Buckwheat A San Diego Maternity Session

I got so excited to find this spot, and when I tested it out on my daughter a couple of weeks ago, I knew I just had to bring a maternity client there.  I was thrilled that beautiful mama, M, would be on board with testing out this new location with me.  I think it worked out wonderfully!  I love that the buckwheat bushes have those white blooms on them right now… as with any other flower or plant, they will eventually fade to brown, so I am so happy I was able to capture the dreaminess of shooting through those blooms while they’re still pretty!

This gorgeous mama is expecting her second child in just a few weeks!  Her sweet girl, Stella was so fun to photograph with he mama as well 🙂  Here are a few shots from our mini-maternity session:
